Does a capable hawk hide its claws?

A scene from the Korean drama "Misaeng"

Recently, my mother is watching the Korean drama "Misaeng".

I was also glancing at tv while the computer clicking.

But there are some interesting things that you can see.

The content is a collection of conflicts with the bosses of new employees.

It can be inferred that the hierarchical relationship is strict and it is a good representation of the Korean society, which is also an educational background, and it is also a work that can be seen in the light of my own experience as it is also in Japan.

There was such a scene in the drama.

There is a place where a man named Han, who is the same as the main character Chang Gure, is struck by his boss as a sociopath or a psychopath.

This drama goes on with a lot of basics, power harassment, sexual harassment, and mobbing, but Han, who was told that, seems to be very hurt.

He is upset with the feeling that his open mouth isn't blocked.

The boss has a nasty look and is good as an actor, but I have to say that I don't want to have such a person.

Sociopaths are called antisocial personality disorders in Japan.

Psychopaths are psychopaths.

Both of them are used as official disease names, so the boss who cursed them is a face.

He is confident in his decision.

Surprisingly many people use disabilities badly

Perhaps this is actually the case.

Some may have said that.

No, there will be.

Besides psychopaths and sociopaths, these kinds of taunts seem to be used in companies, schools, and the internet.

Developmental disabilities, Asperger's syndrome, schizophrenia, etc. are probably the most.

And there are also those abbreviations.

To put it simply, there were idiots and stupid, but if there was something inconvenient for them, would they come to say what seems to be the cause in the scientific name?

Humans are mysterious.

Of course, those disease names were not given to curse or hurt people.

It was researched and attached to understand human beings and to be a steppingstone for them and those around them to alleviate the suffering caused by the factors.

With that in mind, I can't help but worry that humans use fire, cutlery, and even words as weapons.

Words and actions of professionals

If the doctor diagnoses this person as having a developmental disability, he will be especially careful.

Supporters believe that even people with developmental disabilities are not worth saying aloud.

If it is difficult to convey the language, we will respond flexibly to something that can be conveyed, and if we cannot continue to concentrate, we will respond flexibly to something else, even if the language is poor.

Rather than being a developmental disability, we choose words, provide appropriate care, and take methods according to the characteristics of the person and the behaviors that he or she actually expresses.

Perhaps, like that boss in Misaeng, you shouldn't label others because you know the characteristics of sociopaths and psychopaths superficially.

This is one of the techniques that experts must avoid, called labeling.

If the name of the disease / scientific name is given, I would like you to follow those techniques as well.

I feel that the boss who appeared in the drama should see a doctor.

Rubbing one's responsibility to the other person, or spreading the wrong impression of a person.

The cause has not been clarified, but I feel that people are more likely to fall into such a state in a competitive or stressed society.
