Phenomenon where the place you tap does not respond
We live in a convenient era where you can check your Japan Post balance and send money using your smartphone.
An authentication app that enhances security in addition to ease of use.
However, when you open the app to use it, the area you tap may become dim and unresponsive, as shown in the image below.
Cause
This phenomenon seems to occur if you do not use the app for a while after registering, and it may be resolved by re-registering.
How to resolve
Tap the bottom part of the red circle in the image below to re-register.
Open the tab next to your customer number.
Tap [Re-register].
If you re-register, you will be able to use the authentication app again.
