What to do when the helicopter is slightly high, and you cannot go up

You know that you can't go up through the entrance on the side of the helicopter if you're holding a hostage.

So, we usually jump on from behind, but sometimes we can't get up from behind for some reason.

If the helo goes down a little more, I can climb up...

Even if you struggle, the helicopter just waits for you to board and does not move even slightly.

In such a case, drop the hostage just below the entrance and board first.

After that, if you pull up the hostage on the ground while riding the helicopter, you can put the hostage on the helicopter. (Sorry for the buggy ground image. I'm in the helicopter looking down at the hostage on the ground.)

However, if the enemy is approaching, I think that this one step is quite difficult.
