It seems difficult even if you're not solo

I couldn't do this mission at the last minute (2-3 seconds left), and my heart broke, so I was away from the DMZ for a while (^^;

Simple, but surprisingly difficult.

Find a rescue hostage contract on the map

Opening, open the map and look for a rescue hostage contract.

You are lucky if it's near you ^^

If there are multiple Rescue Hostage contracts on the map, there are three criteria to choose from:

1. Shortest distance contract.
2. Areas with less contact, such as far from enemy bases (fortresses, elite fortresses, fortresses), low threat, etc.
3. Areas with successful rescue hostage experience.

Confirm destination before signing contract.

Before you take the contract, check the area marked on the bottom of the contract.

In the image below, it is [Al Sharim Pass].

This probably refers to the location of the escape point, not the location of the building where the hostages are being held.

However, it is more efficient to check it because it can also be used as a guideline for the location of the hostage.

Scouting with a Recon drone

Don't sign a contract yet.

Once you have a rough idea of the location in your contract, the next step is to fly a Recon Drone to reconnoiter.

From the location of the contract, we will look at the place where the building is near the escape point area from the sky.

Locate the hostage building.

Buildings where hostages are held should generally be two stories or more.

Enemies are inside buildings, so they are dotted.

There are often 5 to 7 people and 1 person on the roof.

You can easily spot the hostages because they are black diamonds.

If you can't find the building with the Recon Drone, it's either in the opposite direction or far from the contract.

It may be possible if you use a vehicle, but since the difficulty level is high, it may be better to move to a contract in a different position.

Locate enemies and hostages.

Once the Recon Drone is close to the building, first look from above to see where the hostages are and how many enemies there are.

Next, look from the side and check the hierarchy where the hostage is.

Eliminate enemies inside a building.

Eliminate the enemies in the building first without taking any contracts.

Usually, the doors of buildings where hostages are confined are blocked with iron bars or galvanized iron plates, and it is not possible to break the window glass and enter inside.

However, you can still shoot enemies visible through windows and damage them with drill charges.

Assault rifles and submachine guns are also sufficient, but when shooting through windows on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you may need to see the enemy from the next building or a nearby hill, so it is useful to have a sniper rifle.

At this time, it is important to understand the structure of the building firmly.

For example, do you go to the room where the hostage is located by internal or external stairs, and whether the first and second floors are connected by an internal staircase.

By the way, you can enter the supermarket through the transom window above the door.

You can kill enemies through windows, or you can go inside.

There are no iron bars or galvanized iron plates in the apartment, and you can enter by breaking the glass normally.

Ensure low vehicle height

If there is a low-height vehicle nearby, bring it close to the contract.

I will explain later why the vehicle has a low height, but the point is to carry hostages.

After taking the contract, move to the hostage building by vehicle.

Take contracts and protect hostages

You know where the hostage is, so you'll go straight there.

Let's defeat the enemy who could not be eliminated if it is on the flow line to the hostage.

You can ignore it if you don't want to be shot.

Dash to the landing point of the hostage rescue helicopter

Holding a hostage will cause a hostage rescue helicopter to land nearby.

Dash towards it.

If you have a vehicle, you can take the hostage.

However, it is on the hood, not the seat.

The trick to getting the hostage on the car is to get on top of the car with the hostage in your hand and drop the hostage there.

Depending on the location, the distance between the building and the rescue helicopter may be close enough to walk.

So, you may not need to force yourself to secure a car every time.

The task completion condition is not when the hostage is dropped off onto the rescue helicopter, but when the hostage is dropped off and the rescue helicopter takes off.

We want at least 10 seconds left to board the rescue helicopter.

Rescue helicopters take off only after the hostages have been unloaded and a 5-second countdown has finished.

Therefore, let's unload the hostage as soon as you board the helicopter.
