1. Equip a disguise.
2. Buy an item at the Scavenger's buy station while wearing the disguise.

Disguise

Get a disguise

An item called Disguise has been added to the DMZ since Season 5. (The patch notes say it's a field upgrade, but it's a normal item)

It is an image that is often included in a duffel bag.

Equip a disguise

Once you have a disguise, you can put it on by opening your backpack, hovering over [Disguise] and selecting equipment.

When disguised, the top and bottom of the screen will become a little darker, making visibility a little worse.

Since it's a first-person perspective, you can't see your appearance change, but you can see your costume change when you ride a vehicle.

Disguise effect

This item is quite good, and you will not be attacked by enemies while it is equipped.

You can even fool the boss.

• Assassination missions such as subjugating the Chemist and the Juggernaut,
• Undercover missions such as delivering to the key room and dead drop.

There have been times when I was surrounded by enemies and was on the verge of death, and when I ran into the bathroom and came out disguised, the enemies lowered their guns and looked at me like, "What the hell are you?"

If an enemy is suspicious of you, the edge of the screen in the direction of the enemy will turn white.

If you stay like this, you will find out and attack, so you need to keep your distance.

Also, even if you enter a battle, you can see the enemy's direction like a high alert, which is useful in its own way.

However, if you take a certain amount of damage, the disguise will break and disappear, so if you have a purpose like this mission, it might be better to leave it off.

Scavenger Buy Station

A Scavenger buy station is a buy station placed near the Scavenger.

Both appearance and description are simple purchase stations.

Although I was wearing a disguise, I seemed a little suspicious, so I immediately turned back and hid behind the buy station.

Anything is fine here, just buy one while disguised and the mission is complete.

I can't say that they have a great selection, but they are quite reasonable.

When it comes to personal escape, it's less than half the price.

Look for scavenger

Scavenger is a boss character that appears near dead operators.

In the mission [Vondel's Scavenger], it was also explained that if you place a custom weapon near a dead operator, it will appear.

If you are having trouble killing the Operator, use clues such as activated UAV towers and player requests for help to understand the Operator's location.

You should be able to search for Scavengers only after the rescue request symbol has disappeared.

If there is a scavenger, a warning will be displayed saying "Scavenger is approaching". (Scavengers generally don't move, so this is the one approaching them.)

After the warning, the approximate location of the scavenger will be displayed on the map.

Use it as a landmark and approach it.

There may be other operators targeting scavengers.

Without a disguise, you'll usually be fighting a scavenger and his guards.

Be careful not to be killed by the operator by relying on gunshots.
